As approved by the shareholders meeting, our company was acquired by PIAB Management AB on December 21, 2021, which is located in Sweden. After the merger, the business entity and legal relationship with AIRBEST(CHANGXING)TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD will remain unchanged, AIRBEST will operate independently within the PIAB Group. Therefore, the original signed contracts continue to be valid, and the original business relationship, business process and service commitment remain unchanged.
