When using vacuum suction cup (without clamping), the robot arm should not move too fast, otherwise shear force will be generated on the suction cup, making the product easy to fall off during rapid rotation.
In some cases, clips can be used to ensure the safe delivery of products. Considering that the product may adhere to the mold, vacuum suction cups are usually equipped with an air clip to solve this problem.
Even in very special environments, vacuum suction cups have a wide range of applications. However, special maintenance is required for vacuum suction cups in special environments, and some issues should be noted during use.
For low-temperature environments
When using vacuum suction cups below 5°C, measures such as air drying should be taken to prevent condensation, water, and compressed air from solidifying or freezing.
Shock and vibration
The impact of electromagnetic pulses on vacuum components should be below 150 kPa, and the vibration should be below 40 kPa. If it exceeds this value, it may cause an operation error.
The wiring of the vacuum suction cup pressure sensor should be far away from high-voltage power sources, high-voltage wires, and power lines
